CEN Engaging Communities invited everyone out to this day of fun for all ages at Picaddilly Head Regional Park on route 463. There were games, traditional Mi'kmaq music (plus open mic & karaoke), food, crafts, dancing, cultural displays and many organizations came to share information!
Admittance/Parking was free and the focus of the day was celebrating the culture of the Port au Port Peninsula. We certainly hope you were able able to come out and share in our celebration!
Vice Chief Peter Benoit and Bernadette Tellac held a Mi’kmaq cultural display at the park. The weather cleared and the whole day was a great family time.
