Mius d'Entremont

Philippe Mius dit d'Azy (son of Philippe Mius d'Entremont and Madeleine Hélie) was born about 1660. According to the Pobomcoup census of 1671 he was 11 years of age. According to the Port Royal census of 1686 he was 24 years of age. According to the La Hève census of 1708 he was 48 years of age. He was married (1) about 1678 to a spouse whose name is not known to us (although she was of native ancestry - Amérindienne) and (2) about 1687 to Marie (Amérindienne)

Philippe Mius d'Azy married (2) Marie (Amérindienne) who was born about 1670. Their children were:

  1. Jacques (born about 1688) who married a woman whose name is not known (about 1715)
  2. Marie who married Jean Baptiste Thomas before the census of 1708
  3. Pierre dit Dasy (born about 1691) married Marguerite Lapierre about 1718
  4. Madeleine dit d'Azy (born about 1694) married Jean Baptiste Guédry (son of Claude Guédry and Marguerite Petitpas) before the census of 1708
  5. Jean Baptiste who married Marie -------- (about 1720)
  6. Françoise (born about 1697) who married (1) spouse whose name is not known to us (about 1717); (2) René Grand-Claude (son of Grand-Claude and Marie Medosset), widower of Marie -------- (about 1725); (3) Pierre Cellier dit Charêt (the older - much like SR) (son of -------- and Marie --------), widower of Louise Innocent (about 1733) and this marriage was revaildated/blessed on August 26, 1735
  7. François (born about 1700) married Marie -------- (before 1726)
  8. Philippe (born about 1703)
  9. nne-Marie (Nanette) dit d'Azy (born about 1705) married Paul Guédry dit Grivois (son of Claude Guédry and Marguerite Petitpas) about 1720
