An information session took place on Sunday, April 23, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rec Centre at Father Joy's Road in Port au Port West, NL. The session was held the FNI negotiating team along with officials from INAC.
The information session was very well laid out and very informative. The Benoit First Nation Band Council was in attendance and asked many questions and received good answers.
