Bake Sale and indoor yard sale a great fundraiser for the community despite bad weather

The band fundraiser organized by the Women's Committe of the Benoit First Nation raised much needed operational funds.

It was held on December 2, 2006, Saturday, from 11am to 4pm at the band office in degrau, NL

Volunteer Committee Chairperson Donna Benoit was pleased with the turn out despite freezing rain and terrible weather conditions. She reported the following information:
