LAGATDU, Nekem “Charles”, Sr.

Died 2007

He will be greatly missed. His family morns his lost.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Nekem “Charles” Lagatdu announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Sunday, June 3, 2007 at the age of 53 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Maisie, one son, Charles (Samantha) of Stephenville, one daughter, Marinda (Thomas) Benoit of Alliston, Ontario, two brothers: Kenneth Lagatdu and Stanley Legatdu, both of Cape St. George, five sisters: Youenna of Stephenville, Dorothy of Saint John, New Brunswick, Doris of Connecticut, USA, Grace of Bedford, Nova Scotia, Theresa of Listowel, Ontario, five grandchildren: Caleb, Caden, Rihanna, Hope, Trinity and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary Lagatdu and four brothers: Howard, Aiden, Sam and Joseph. Cremation has taken place at Russell’s Crematorium, Stephenville. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 6th at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Cape Parish, Cape St. George with Father Edmund Camacho officiating. Interment will take place at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marches Point. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium Stephenville.
